The awards ceremony for the Benno Geiger Poetry Translation Prize 2021 will be held on December 16 2021 at 5.00 pm. The Award was established in 2014 by the Fondazione Giorgio Cini in memory of Austrian scholar Benno Geiger, whose literary collection is preserved and enhanced on the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore.

The awards ceremony will be introduced by a special lecture by Professor Francesco Zambon on the topic: Tradurre i trovatori.
